Dr Ron and his staff are wonder workers - they're all about putting patients at ease - talking through procedures, getting the time to know you as a patient (I'm one of those people that don't really love visiting the dentist) - but they all are there to help you through the process - it's actually awesome - turning my experiences there into a pain and stress free procedure. Also, while I was waiting (and they did it for me too), I saw the reception staff with the patients leaving - they actually sat down and worked out the best possible way to pay - i.e. how to minimise the customers cost. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
