Staff are fantastic and very accommodating, I didn't feel belittled or guilted at all which I have experienced at other dentists. Everything was easily explained and my concerns were taken into account. The building is clean and comfy and they go above and beyond to provide as comfortable a service as possible. Mitcham Dental Clinic is honestly the best dental clinic that I've been to. Special shout-out to Sarah who is very thorough and clearly explains the work that needs to be done. I've never had an appointment where I've felt any pain (even with sensitive teeth)! The staff have a good culture and it shows in the customer experience that they provide.
