Have to update my post - seriously, Dr Ron and the team are just absolutely amazing. This is coming from someone that's just walked out of a root canal - with zero discomfort, zero pain. Seeing Dr Ron has taught me one thing - going to the dentist doesn't have to be a painful and terrifying experience - it's all about patient comfort (and obviously tooth care). Just brilliant! Original post: Amazing all around service. Dr Ron and his staff are wonder workers - they're all about putting patients at ease - talking through procedures, getting the time to know you as a patient (I'm one of those people that don't really love visiting the dentist) - but they all are there to help you through the process - it's actually awesome - turning my experiences there into a pain and stress free procedure. Also, while I was waiting (and they did it for me too), I saw the reception staff with the patients leaving - they actually sat down and worked out the best possible way to pay - i.e. how to minimise the customers cost. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I've have been a long standing patient of the Mitcham Dental Clinic and there's a reason for that. From the greeting the moment you walk in the door, to the service and care you receive whilst being tended to; the experience is nothing short of amazing. The front of house staff make the experience painless and pleasant; they're attentive and go beyond the extra steps to accommodate your needs. I’ve been going to Mitcham dental clinic my whole life and I don’t plan to stop anytime soon. Ron and his team are incredibly kind and truly excellent at what they do. They’re generous with their time and will always have your best interests at heart. If you’re looking for a dentist you can feel confident going to then trust me, go here. I really can’t recommend them enough.

I have been attending this Clinic for approximately 30 years. Ron and his team are extremely professional and provide exceptional care. I have neglected to write a review in the past but after recently having a tooth removed as it couldn’t be saved I want to say thanks again for making the process painless. I even had a follow up call from Ron to check that all okay. Now that’s what I call professional and care !!!
